Once our Professional Technical Support Consultant resolves your issue, we maintain utmost quality assurance to ensure you are completely satisfied with the services provided to you. Once you agree you are satisfied with our Support Services, we’ll offer you seven days of Extended Service Warranty under which you can get the same issue resolved free without any additional charges, provided the issue is same and the call is made within seven days of when the issue was originally reported. In any case, if our Professional Technical Support Consultant is not able to resolve the issue on the second call, then according to the refund policy, will refund the full amount charged to you on the same day. Please note, there will be no refunds if you call us after seven days about the same issue.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our Professional Technical Support Consultant, your case will be escalated to one of our Senior Professional Technical Support Consultant or we will process the Refund of the charges You made immediately. If you choose to get the resolution from the Senior Professional Technical Support Consultant, he or she would either fix your problem right then or at a later date as per your convenience. If you do not want the resolution, then according to the refund policy, GeekTeam LLC will refund the full amount charged to You on the same day.
